Robert Leto

Mr. Leto specializes in IT cost, value and performance. His engagements have identified 20-30 percent net savings through driver-based analytics on both the demand and supply sides of IT operating expenses. Mr. Leto’s notable clients include a $1.7 billion hospital group, a $5.8 billion healthcare clinic, a $285 million state government IT agency, a $3.2 billion health insurer, a $4 billion municipal utility, a $3.2 billion life science and medical device maker, and a $5.5 billion engineering, construction and related technical professional services firm.
Mr. Leto is also a principal contributor to A&M’s Cloud Strategy & Digital capabilities, with a focus on workload migrations, technology debt reduction and transformation of CX interactions from traditional to digital platforms that include omni-channel integration of Email, Web, Mobile, Video, Chat and Voice interactions.
Mr. Leto’s other engagements include leading the recovery of a distressed $50 million SAP supply chain implementation for a major media company; driving strategic planning initiatives for a $1.1 billion supply chain operation; re-engineering a $37 million IT organization; and delivering a comprehensive security risk management program for a major California public utility
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Leto served as a senior manager with Ernst & Young, building their global capabilities in IT cost optimization; as a director of IT business risk management with PwC; and as aClient Partner with Zamba Solutions, a systems integration and consulting firm.
Mr. Leto earned a bachelor’s degree in business and computer science from the University of South Florida. He speaks frequently on topical IT issues at conferences and business schools and keynoted the Unisys National CUBE/USE Convention. Mr. Leto has been featured in leading IT publications and won the O&A National Human Side of Technology Award for IT turnaround work at Unisys.
