Robert Koczo

Mr. Koczo’s notable achievements include: serving as interim CHRO for a private equity firm, where he transformed HR into a cohesive, strategic function; and acting as interim Senior Vice President of HR for a global company, overseeing a reduction in force impacting over 5,000 employees. He has led change management for complex enterprise resource planning implementations, directed project management offices for large-scale transformations, and conducted organizational assessments to drive cultural, structural, procedural, and technological advancements.
Mr. Koczo has successfully implemented scalable Agile and Lean methodologies to drive product development and accelerate speed to value. He has demonstrated expertise in remediating Agile/Scrum practices to unlock their full potential, resulting in enhanced team collaboration, increased efficiency, and significant improvements in project delivery timelines.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Koczo served eight years at Kearney Global Management Consulting, leading e-procurement technology implementations and organizational transformations. He is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving nine years as a certified Air Traffic Controller. He is also the author of the book, The 365 CHRO – Elevate Your Leadership with Strategic HR Planning.
Mr. Koczo earned a bachelor’s degree in workforce, education, and development from Southern Illinois University and a master’s degree in human resource management from Webster University, Missouri. He is a certified Prosci practitioner, Scrum Master (Agile), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
