Rick Langberg is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax, LLC in Morristown, NJ. With more than 30 years of experience, he has advised multi-national public and privately held corporate and flow-through entities on federal, and state income tax matters including ASC 740, tax compliance, tax planning and financial reporting.
Mr. Langberg focuses on advising companies on federal and state income tax matters with a concentration in income tax accounting and financial reporting matters, income tax compliance, and tax planning. He has served clients across various industries, including manufacturing, technology, air transport and finance.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Langberg worked with KPMG and was Tax Director for the National Basketball Association.
Mr. Langberg earned a bachelor’s degree in business (accounting concentration) from Washington University in St Louis, and a master’s degree in taxation from Seton Hall University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
