Reuven Lehmann
Mr. Lehmann’s primary focus is cost-saving and operational improvement programs. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including industrial goods, automotive, and aerospace. Most notably at A&M, Mr. Lehmann worked with the largest global toolmaker to assess 17 plants, identify value creation potential within the four walls, and extrapolate the value creation potential to the global network. A&M then implemented operational improvement across 10 plants in North America and Europe, and Mr. Lehmann provided overarching program management.
Previously, Mr. Lehmann worked on the product ramp-up of a global Tier 1 automotive supplier in its Czech plant, leading the quality workstream. He led the service performance diagnostic and operations performance improvement in Switzerland for a private equity–owned manufacturer of packaging machines. He also worked on two projects to improve the European manufacturing footprint of a connector and a Tier 1 automotive supplier; A&M supported both projects as the supplier moved from design into implementation.
Mr. Lehmann was also part of an aerospace client’s transformation, managing SG&A cost reduction for selected functions, driving them to implementation, assessing the true cost on non-quality, and defining a path for their sustainable reduction. Finally, as part of a global risk assessment, he was responsible for the assembly and test value stream, highlighting risks across the entire supply chain and defining counter measures.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lehmann spent five years with Siemens, most recently as a Consultant for Siemens Management Consulting, where he spent three years working on cost-saving programs, strategy development, and repositioning corporate functions. Before that, he spent two years with Siemens Wind Power, where he was responsible for procurement controlling in the Americas, working as a strategic buyer for medium-voltage equipment and coordinating the cross-functional commodity team to overcome supply issues.
Mr. Lehmann earned a diploma degree in business administration from the University of Cologne and a master’s degree in international management from CEMS in cooperation with HEC Paris Business School. A German national, he is fluent in German and English, with limited proficiency in French.
