Mr. Stauffacher brings more than 13 years of experience in advising corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions. His primary areas of concentration include buy- and sell-side financial due diligence, financial carve-out support, sale and purchase agreement advice, and post-deal support on completion accounts.

Mr. Stauffacher has served Swiss and international corporate clients and private equity firms on national and cross-border transactions in most European jurisdictions and in North America. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, software, business services, healthcare consumer goods, and retail.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Stauffacher spent more than six years with PwC Transaction Services in Zurich and London, where he most recently served as a Senior Manager. He managed national and cross-border financial buy-side and vendor due diligence, as well as vendor assistance projects, and provided negotiation support, share purchase agreement advice, and post-deal support on completion accounts.

Mr. Stauffacher earned a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He is a CFA® charterholder. A Swiss national, Mr. Stauffacher is fluent in English and German.
