Raphael Frydman

Bringing more than 17 years of experience at A&M, Mr. Frydman oversees the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and operations, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. With extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management, he plays a critical role in driving A&M’s financial performance and supporting its strategic initiatives.
Prior to this role, Mr. Frydman was the CFO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group and Private Equity Performance Improvement practice. He provided guidance on individual project profitability while also managing the larger profit and loss spend for the group. Mr. Frydman served on the compensation committee that reviews compensation for staff and Managing Directors. As COO, his responsibilities included staff scheduling, tracking, onboarding, and all forms of resource management.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Frydman spent six years at a large financial institution, working in various FP&A roles to support the U.S. and Latin America regions.
Mr. Frydman earned a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
