With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Mr. Semaan has supported several government-owned entities and private companies with their transformation services.

Mr. Semaan’s notable assignments include supporting the RTA with the IPO of Dubai Taxi and Dubai Parking and supporting a KSA-listed manufacturing company in its cost optimization and revenue growth journey. He has worked with clients across various industries, including power and utilities, infrastructure, oil and gas, manufacturing, hospitality and food and beverage.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Semaan spent over two years with FTI Consulting in Dubai, where he most recently served as Managing Director, leading the business transformation team of FTI across performance improvement and market studies.

Mr. Semaan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the American University of Beirut. He is a registered Prince 2 Practitioner, a Balanced Scorecard professional and holds a Post-Merger Integration Certification. He is fluent in Arabic (native), English and French.
