Quentin Mimms

Mr. Mimms has testified at deposition or trial in more than 100 matters and has testified as an expert witness in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels on more than 40 cases. He has also served as an arbitrator.
Mr. Mimms brings deep expertise across several industries, including aerospace, agriculture, automotive, chemicals, computers, construction, consumer products, electronics, financial institutions, government contracting, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, professional services, real estate development, securities, software, telecommunications, and utilities. He has analyzed the financial condition of business entities, performed damage studies and assessed financial performance related to antitrust, bankruptcy, breach of contract, business interruption, construction and government contract claims, employment matters, environmental, intellectual property disputes and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mimms was a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting, where he focused on investigations, complex litigation and other types of disputes. Previously, he was with Tucker Alan Inc., Peterson Consulting and Kenneth Durbin & Co.
Mr. Mimms earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Lubbock Christian University and an MBA from Rice University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Licensing Executives Society, National Contract Management Association and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
