Prasad Aduri

With more than 20 years of experience in driving commercial value creation, Mr. Aduri has been involved in defining growth strategies, sales effectiveness, sales incentive re-design, pricing optimization, promotions and discount management, service offerings and effectiveness, marketing effectiveness, custom machine learning tool development and program governance. He has led many value improvement programs for clients in America, Europe and Asia.
Mr. Aduri’s recent notable assignments for PE clients include identifying 9% EBITDA improvement opportunities, through a commercial and operational excellence assessment, for a large chemicals business; 3.5% EBITDA improvement through price optimization and discount management for a materials handling business; 10% sales growth on addressed revenue for an industrial distributor through a sales effectiveness program; 6% margin increase through pricing and cost increase pass-through for a steel manufacturer; and leading a commercial diligence of an enterprise information archiving business.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Aduri served as one of the leaders of AlixPartners’ pricing practice and led consulting engagement with Houlihan Lokey and other top-tier financial services and technology consulting firms. He also led mobile strategy and product development programs at JPMorgan Chase.
Mr. Aduri earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Warangal, India, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth.
