With over 15 years of leadership experience across AI, ML, and data strategy, Mr. Gupta has delivered transformative solutions in financial services, enterprise software, and management consulting. His expertise spans the full AI lifecycle, from product strategy to deployment at scale. Mr. Gupta brings a strategic product mindset and a deep command of AI technologies to help clients unlock innovation and achieve sustainable transformation.

Mr. Gupta has led major initiatives involving generative AI (GenAI) and large language models, including solutions for Customer 360, regulatory review, customer segmentation, churn prediction, contract and legal document analysis, and revenue enablement.

Previously, Mr. Gupta co-founded Mangalya Investments, where he developed an AI/ML platform for investment sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, and asset management. Prior to that, at Citrix, he led the audio platform for GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar, scaling the product to over 30 million users.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Gupta held roles at global financial and software firms, where he led regulatory and credit risk data programs, managed over $60 million in technology investments, and shaped enterprise data strategy, analytics, and governance frameworks.

Mr. Gupta earned a bachelor’s degree (concentration in computer science and engineering) from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur, India, and an MBA (concentration in finance) from Columbia Business School. He is certified as an Amazon Web Services GenAI Practitioner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
