With more than 20 years of blended strategy, product management and business operations experience, Mr. Mukherjee specializes in the technology industry and brings deep domain experience in data center infrastructure, semiconductors and cybersecurity to achieve strategic and financial outcomes.

Mr. Mukherjee has executed $30+ billion in mergers and acquisitions transactions and transformations across public and private equity portfolio companies. He has led engagements across the M&A lifecycle from target identification, due diligence, integration, synergy realization, transformation and carve-out support.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mukherjee served as Vice President at Fungible, where he built out the corporate and business development functions and created GTM partnerships with VMWare and Microsoft. He led the equity raise ($100+ million) and positioned the company for acquisition by Microsoft.

Previously, Mr. Mukherjee served as Senior Director with KPMG’s TMT Strategy practice, leading the firm’s offerings for M&A due diligence, integration and separation and corporate performance improvement. He led the carve-out of RSA from Dell; co-led the $100 million corporate venture fund for Western Digital Capital; and led the operations transformation effort of multiple telecommunication and high-tech companies (Motorola/Samsung) and designed pro forma operating models as they moved from hardware to service offerings.

Mr. Mukherjee earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Jadavpur University and an MBA in strategy and finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
