Mr. Dumé's primary areas of concentration are operation strategy and effectiveness in turnaround and performance improvement situations. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including railway, packaging, aerospace and construction.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dumé was SVP operations for TMH international, leading the expansion of the company around the globe. He also worked for 10 years at Alstom, holding various general management positions and most recently leading the digital transformation for the group. Mr. Dumé has also held turnaround and transformation positions in the packaging industry. Most recently, he was deploying the Operational Excellence program globally at Trivium.

Additionally, Mr. Dumé has worked on two occasions at McKinsey, most recently as a Senior Vice President for Recovery and Transformation Services, where he served clients in various performance improvement programs.

Mr. Dumé earned a master’s degree from the University of Manchester and an MBA from the London Business School. He is part of the executive committee of the French Tech Corporate Community. A French national, Mr. Dumé is fluent in English and proficient in Spanish and Russian.
