Mr. Cheston has led numerous merger integration programs and assisted in cost and synergy assessments to develop post-acquisition organizations and cost structures. He has led performance improvement engagements in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, restaurants and business services.

Mr. Cheston served as Chief Operating Officer at AM Cosmetics, leading the post-acquisition merger of two portfolio companies. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Ithaca Industries, where he led the business transformation and balance sheet restructuring.

Prior to that, Mr. Cheston founded and led A&M's Creditor Advisory Practice. His engagements included Oneida, Fleming Foods, World Kitchen, Parmalat and London Fog. He also served as Co-Treasurer of Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., managing and investing $25+ billion globally. Previously, he developed and oversaw A&M’s Asia operations, headquartered in Hong Kong and A&M’s Latin America operations, headquartered in São Paulo.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Cheston was an Officer in the Special Loan Department of Chase Manhattan Bank, where his principal responsibilities included negotiating debt restructurings.

Mr. Cheston earned a BBA from the University of Massachusetts. He has served on numerous boards.
