Peter Andrews

Mr. Andrews brings extensive experience driving top and bottom line performance improvement and transformations, improving shareholder and overall enterprise value. He is relentless in optimizing operations and service delivery in corporate transformations and merger integrations, drastically reducing costs while improving end to end customer experience. Adept in both B2B and B2C environments, he drives growth and efficiency through sales effectiveness, process improvement, business process outsourcing and post-merger integration.
Mr. Andrews’ notable achievements include multiple large corporate merger integrations; tuck-in acquisitions in the commercial services space; and a carve-out and divestiture of a large European operation for an industrial. He also led multiple enterprise level transformations, implementing structural change to improve profitability, restore growth and drive sustainable improvements in culture and capabilities.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Andrews led commercial and customer operations as SVP of Global Lodging Operations at Expedia. Earlier, he led operations in the services business unit of Lennox International, as well as the company’s M&A and strategy efforts.
Previously, Mr. Andrews served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company, where he consulted across various industries, including transportation and logistics, CPG, energy, travel and hospitality and industrials. He began his career as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Andrews earned a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
