Pete Brunetti is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Healthcare Industry Group in New York.

He brings more than 26 years of industry experience, specifically including restructuring, turnaround, commercial operations, global supply chain, and M&A integration work.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Brunetti spent three years with Acelity in San Antonio where he served as the Vice President of Commercial Operations, leading his team in driving sales operations, commercial analytics, customer offer development and commercial contracting. Originally brought on as an advisor to drive the $1B U.S. commercial turnaround, Mr. Brunetti became a key member of the new leadership team that took the business from years of revenue decline to sustained quarter over quarter growth. He owned and created the Commercial Operations Forum designed to align deliverables and drive shared accountability across the enterprise.

Prior to joining Acelity, Mr. Brunetti spent five years as a senior leader within LifeCell, a biologic tissue company, where he enabled the business to double revenues by creating a commercial back-office that could rapidly scale such capabilities as sales operations, offer development, contracting, analytics, and business intelligence, while delivering on EBITDA goals. He began his career at Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon operating company spending more than 15 years developing through manufacturing, engineering, lean six sigma, program management, and global supply chain leadership roles.

Mr. Brunetti worked for A&M previously, providing operational expertise to a range of clients from private equity portfolio companies to large cap automotive and oil & gas clients.

Mr. Brunetti earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering management and a master’s degree in technology management, both from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has been a guest speaker at several universities and conferences.
