Pedro Donoso

During his five years with the Revenue Improvement Solutions practice, Mr. Donoso has served six clients in five different locations (Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Portugal, Mexico, and Spain), leading to the deployment of initiatives that deliver $300+ million in annual recurring revenue.
These initiatives involved the launch of new products, redefinition of value proposition, identification of commercial leakages, customer segmentation, reorganization of product portfolios, and optimization of pricing strategies.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Donoso worked at Simon-Kucher as Head of Financial Services in Mexico. He led and managed the division in the country, taking it from one person to a team of eight employees executing five topline projects simultaneously.
Mr. Donoso also worked for EY-Parthenon, where he led a team of 14 consultants and simultaneously executed more than 16 projects for four different clients. One of those projects was the strategic transformation of the debt collection department of one of the biggest credit lenders in Mexico.
Mr. Donoso earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Complutense University, Madrid. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
