Pedro Bortolotto

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Bortolotto has worked across a range of industries, including consumer goods, professional services, real estate, food, agribusiness and private equity across Brazil, Latin America, the U.S. and Europe.
Mr. Bortolotto’s notable assignments include the value creation plan of the actual market leader in agribusiness retail in Brazil (B3 listed); the go-to-market plan of a global fertilizer market leader in Brazil; the implementation of two shared services centers and a new business (fast construction) in Brazil; and the Latin America expansion of a major professional services company in Brazil. He has also recently served in Chief Transformation Officer and Strategic Director roles, directly interacting with boards and key shareholders.
Recently, Mr. Bortolotto led the consolidation process of an agribusiness retailer in Brazil, working with private equity invested companies. His major deliveries as CTO included high growth (300% revenue increase over three years), strategic planning, a value creation plan and the shared services center (including new technologies).
Previously, Mr. Bortolotto served as a Trainee with Termolar SA, where he was a key player in the industrial turnaround. He was also accountable for the implementation of the sales and operations planning process and acted as an industrial representative in the new product and business developments.
Mr. Bortolotto earned a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from UFRGS and a master’s degree in supply chain management from UNISINOS. He has also earned several post graduation diplomas from ESPM, FDC, Amana Key, IESE Business School, Saint Paul and IBGC. Mr. Bortolotto is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
