Mr. Spencer is a specialist in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, exit readiness, and refinancing support. With expertise across a wide array of sectors, he focuses on business and professional services while also bringing valuable experience in financial services, industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, and infrastructure services.

Mr. Spencer primarily works with midmarket private equity clients, having contributed to over 100 deals with enterprise values ranging from £10 million to £500 million. His approach is hands-on, providing not only expert guidance but also clear, concise, and timely advice to ensure successful outcomes.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Spencer trained as a Chartered Accountant at PwC, where he initially worked in the Audit practice before transitioning to the midmarket Transaction Services team in London.

Mr. Spencer earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Birmingham, with a year spent at UNSW Sydney as part of his studies. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
