Mr. Dean has worked with clients across a range of industries, including industrials, financials, metals and mining, paper and packaging, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, hospitality, infrastructure, transportation and shipping.

At A&M, Mr. Dean has worked on engagements including Agspring, Irongate, Appleton Paper, Brookstone, Murray Energy, CHC Helicopters, Comcar Industries, Sierra Hamilton, Optima Steel, Pharr Yarns, Marketplace Events, Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, Surgalign, Redhill Biopharma, Universal Insurance and Xtant.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dean worked with Duff & Phelps Restructuring, where he was an Analyst. There, he worked on several high-profile restructurings, including debtor and creditor roles, multiple M&A transactions and a range of refinancings. His representative transactions include K-V Pharmaceutical, Nebraska Books, Omtron USA, LLC and Black Angus Steakhouses.

Mr. Dean earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. He is FINRA 63 and 79 registered.
