Mr. Alger specializes in tax matters related to domestic M&A, with a primary concentration in tax due diligence and tax structuring matters for private equity funds and the target companies in which they invest.  

With more than 10 years of M&A tax experience, Mr. Alger has successfully worked on thousands of transactions for his clients.

Mr. Alger has worked with clients across various industries, including healthcare, industrial, and technology.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Alger spent two years with PwC in Detroit.

Mr. Alger earned a BBA and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan.
