Patrick Adair

Mr. Adair has led international teams through more than 17 major transactions and transformations, with a particular focus on target operating model design and the execution of complex carve-outs, integrations and change programs.
Mr. Adair’s notable engagements include operating model design and integration execution support to create a $10 billion healthcare joint venture; operational carve-out and business stand-up support in connection with the acquisition of a $3.1 billion business services company; pre- and post-deal merger integration support in connection with a U.K. grocery market acquisition; and post-deal finance function transformation and shared services implementation, and operating model design and integration execution support in connection with a $6.1 billion shipping and gas trading portfolio expansion.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Adair worked in Deloitte’s Post-Merger-Integration (Transaction Services) team and was part of Accenture’s Energy practice, where he supported acquisition and divestment programs with a number of oil and gas supermajors.
Mr. Adair earned a bachelor’s degree in law from Newcastle University. He also completed the Corporate Law Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Manchester.
