With more than 18 years of M&A experience, Mr. Verma has been involved in over 300 financial diligence projects across various industry sectors for private equity and corporate clients on deals ranging from less than $100 million to $15+ billion.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Verma spent 18 years with the Deals group at PwC, where he most recently served as a Director in the New York office.

Mr. Verma earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce (honors) from Delhi University, India. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
