Mr. Sethi brings more than 12 years of experience in life sciences. His primary area of expertise is EBITDA transformation, with an integrated approach to procurement, manufacturing and supply chain. Mr. Sethi has advised corporate clients and private equity funds on driving successful performance transformation programs, surfacing and capturing significant bottom-line impact.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Sethi worked with McKinsey & Co. in their pharmaceuticals practice, helping to drive cost optimization (across direct and indirect spends), supply chain transformation and R&D excellence engagements. Previously, as an industry operator, he worked with Sun Pharmaceuticals and helped drive R&D excellence initiatives, ensuring first time right filing and on-time launch of new products.

Mr. Sethi earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Delhi University and an MBA from the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
