With more than 30 years of experience in international consulting and business management, Mr. Dayal is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering results for his clients. His focus is primarily on corporate strategy, M&A, supply chain and operational performance improvement, and post-merger integration.

Mr. Dayal has led hundreds of assignments within the energy value chain, including dozens of transactions and cross-border deals around the world. He brings deep commercial and technical subject matter expertise to his financial and energy/oil and gas sector clients. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dayal built and led the Global Energy practice at L.E.K. Consulting. Prior to that, Mr. Dayal was Founder and Managing Partner of PacWest Consulting Partners, a niche management consulting and market research firm focused on the oil and gas sector. Mr. Dayal sold PacWest to IHS Energy (now S&P 500), where he was Vice President of Energy Consulting. Mr. Dayal began his consulting career at Arthur D. Little.

Mr. Dayal earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in strategy and finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
