Nika Sinjeri

With more than 14 years of experience in transfer pricing and valuations, Ms. Sinjeri specializes in complex transfer pricing, intellectual property planning and supply chain transformation projects. She also brings expertise in valuations, including intellectual property, loans, company valuations and complex assets across the U.S., U.K. and Europe.
Ms. Sinjeri has worked across a range of industries, including aerospace, life sciences, oil and gas, real estate, consumer products and technology. Her notable engagements include cost benefit analyses and operational transfer pricing of new business structures as part of a post-acquisition integration project; advising on cost sharing structures; managing a valuation project as part of a major group reorganization; managing a mutual agreement procedure project; and valuations of complex assets within the aerospace industry, clinical trial stage biotech assets and water rights.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Sinjeri spent three years with Hogan Lovells in London, where she most recently served as Principal Consultant. Over the course of her career, she spent over 10 years in consultancy (Big Four and law firm) and four years in an industry role with an oil and gas multinational.
Ms. Sinjeri earned a master’s degree in finance from the University of Zagreb. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
