Nelly Roquefort is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Debt & Capital Lead Advisory in Hong Kong. She specializes in M&A and corporate financing, with a focus on cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts, and special situations for corporate and private equity clients.

With more than 23 years of experience, Ms. Roquefort has led complex event-driven financing transactions across multiple sectors and jurisdictions in the Asia–Pacific region. She spent eight years in leverage finance roles, focusing on leveraged buyout financing for private equity sponsors across the Asia–Pacific region.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Roquefort was a Managing Director at PwC Hong Kong, advising clients on capital structuring and situational debt raising for corporate and private equity clients. Previously, she served as Head of Corporate Acquisition Finance for the Asia–Pacific (excluding Japan) for Mizuho Bank, where she led M&A financing mandates for core clients across the region.

Ms. Roquefort earned a BBA from HEC Montréal and a master’s degree in finance from EDHEC Business School. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
