Neil Ignatius
Mr. Ignatius has deep experience analyzing recurring revenue models, normalized EBITDA, and cash-flow trends. He advises clients throughout the deal life cycle, including the formulation of normalized EBITDA, identification of key value drivers and deal considerations, evaluation of forecasts, and support on purchase agreement terms. His work often includes tailored analyses of retention and churn dynamics, bookings momentum, revenue recognition practices, and contract-level economics, particularly for subscription-based and usage-based software businesses.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ignatius served as a Manager in KPMG’s Financial Due Diligence practice for three years and spent four years with the Assurance practice, where he provided services to both public and private entities across multiple industries. He began his career in public accounting.
Mr. Ignatius earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from York University in Toronto, Canada, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario.
