Mr. Ignatius has led or participated in over 100 transactions since 2016, with deal values up to $7 billion. His experience includes providing financial and operational transactional support by advising on normalized recurring EBITDA, recurring revenue retention analyses, financial forecasts, cash flows, and purchase price adjustment mechanisms.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ignatius was a Manager in the Financial Due Diligence practice at KPMG. In this role, he led and assisted in financial accounting due diligence projects for private equity investor groups and strategic buyers. Prior to that, he was a Senior Accountant at KPMG, providing assurance services for public and private entities.

Mr. Ignatius earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from York University in Toronto, Canada. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario, Canada.
