With more than 17 years of experience, Mr. Bartch has led due diligence efforts on 200+ transactions, including platform acquisitions, add-on transactions, spin-off’s, carve-outs and mergers. Additionally, he has led projects related to cross-border transactions, data and analytics, forecasting, business modeling, quality of net assets, identification and assessment of financial risk areas, adequacy of working capital levels and purchase agreement reviews.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bartch spent 11 years with the Deal Advisory and Strategy group at KPMG in New York, where he most recently served as National Partner and was in charge of recruiting.
Mr. Bartch earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Portland. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York; a Charted Financial Analyst charterholder; and a board member and Audit Committee chair for Liberations Program Inc.
