Narisa Gore

Ms. Gore has undertaken work for regulators, government organizations, high-profile corporate clients, law firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
Ms. Gore’s expert services in information technology and information systems work has focused on preparing expert reports for disputes and litigation requiring reviewing and assessing software and system functionality, source code analysis, software licensing analysis, and forensic technology matters. Notably, Ms. Gore worked on a matter relating to a U.K.-based communications company involved in a high-profile group litigation relating to the use and workings of a software system developed by a global software vendor. She has also acted in an advisory capacity to several law firms acting on behalf of various claimants in a series of high-profile litigation cases against a media company.
Ms. Gore uses eDiscovery techniques and tools to streamline the complex data challenges associated with responding to investigative inquiries raised by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). Notably, she assisted a global education service provider with its response to the CMA regarding a proposed merger, and she assisted with an investigation by the CMA into suspected exchange of competitively sensitive information between certain housebuilders.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Gore worked at Royal Bank of Canada and in the telecommunications industry.
Ms. Gore earned a bachelor’s degree (honors) in computing and information systems from the University of London and a master’s degree (distinction) in computer forensics and security management from the University of Greenwich, awarded with Outstanding Achievement in Postgraduate research in the field of Smart Systems. She is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), and is Chainalysis-certified for crypto investigations. She regularly drafts thought leadership pieces for industry publications. Ms. Gore is a member of the Society for Computers & Law.
