With more than 12 years of experience in M&A transactions, Ms. García focuses on advising clients on buy- and sell-side financial and integrated due diligence projects. She brings experience in all phases of deal implementation, including pre-acquisition buyer and seller due diligence, business plan reviews, carve-outs, assistance with purchase agreements, closing mechanisms, and accounting.

Ms. García has worked with private equity firms and corporate clients across various industries, including consumer goods and retail, education, manufacturing, healthcare, business services, and technology.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. García worked at KPMG’s Transaction Advisory practice in Madrid and London. She also completed a three-year secondment at Permira in Spain, where she participated in several transactions including Universidad Europea, Neuraxpharm, and New Immo Group.

Ms. García earned a BBA from CEU San Pablo University and Boston University, and a master’s degree in audit, accounting, and business management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), Madrid.
