Mira Leonard is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax, LLC in Atlanta. With more than 20 years of organizational development, change management and strategic growth experience, she specializes in delivering results for professional services firms with focus on law, tax advisory, and international tax.

At A&M, Ms. Leonard has helped design and build clients, markets, solutions strategies, and sales operations. She has assisted team leadership in enabling, accelerating, and delivering revenue generation and change management by creating and evaluating business strategies, and implementing sustainable business growth processes and measurable action plans.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Leonard was the Head of Business Growth for ATOZ Tax Advisors in Luxembourg. She worked with the executive team to expand strategic business development in private equity, financial services, and multinational corporations.

Ms. Leonard has also served as a client facing Partner at a consulting firm, enabling professional services firms to activate change and reach their growth potential.

Ms. Leonard earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management (summa cum laude) from Newman University, an MBA (focus on leadership) from Oglethorpe University, and a certificate of international taxation from the Chambre des salariés du Luxembourg. She is fluent in English, French and Russian.
