With more than 30 years of consulting, digital agency and industry experience, Mr. Natoli is a digital transformation thought leader, industry-leading digital agency executive and partner. He is known for building and leading digital consulting and advisory agencies focused on collaborating with clients, from all industries, helping leverage the digital ecosystem to deliver experiences that establish strong relationships.
Mr. Natoli’s experience and executive career have offered him many leadership roles, managing businesses with $300+ million in revenue and many with 1000+ resources. His executive leadership roles have focused on building and managing large, complex digital consulting and services businesses, primarily helping clients transform into true digital enterprises by understanding the power and importance of building user experiences founded on data and customer insights.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Natoli spent over five years with Deloitte Digital as Managing Director, where he helped build the agency/studio model and GTM strategy. He also assisted clients to define their digital transformation and experience strategy, build and implement the defined strategy and create the digital marketing strategy and campaigns that introduced the transformed business to the world. One example of this work was his efforts to help large healthcare organizations create robust digital experiences to provide an elevated, personal and trusted experience during and post the COVID-19 pandemic, transforming these organizations from benefit providers to trusted health and wellness advocates and partners.
Previously, Mr. Natoli spent 22 years with IBM, where he jointly founded and led IBM iX, IBM’s Digital Agency, as well as the Digital Real Time Event practice, which produced world-class digital and immersive interactive experiences for a portfolio of marquee events, including The Masters and The Grammys.
Mr. Natoli earned a bachelor’s degree in business from The College of Saint Rose. He did his post graduate study in information, design and technology at The Georgia Institute of Technology.
