Mr. Harrison’s primary areas of concentration are human capital strategy and process optimization, organizational design and development, workforce planning, organizational capabilities, talent management, and change management. With more than 28 years of experience, he has a track-record of leading strategic business change projects that drive revenue, optimize cost structures, maximize technology investments, and enhance organizational capabilities.
Mr. Harrison has worked with clients in various industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, consumer products, and life sciences.
Mr. Harrison’s notable engagements include redesigning the HR function of a major media company to improve corporate value and cost effectiveness; designing a post-merger talent acquisition function for a major biopharmaceutical company; leading the HR workstream for a carve-out of a $2+ billion global mobility business; conducting organizational effectiveness assessments and designing improvement initiatives; managing organizational design projects across multiple functions and service areas; and leading change management office (CMO) activities for organizations pursuing transformational change.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Harrison held senior management positions with Deloitte and Accenture. He also led operational improvement and cost take-out initiatives as a Supply Chain Director with Monsanto.
Mr. Harrison earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois, an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and a J.D. from the Arizona State University College of Law. He is PROSCI® Certified in Change Management.
