Mike Eledjam

With more than 22 years of due diligence and audit experience, Mr. Eledjam has worked on more than 150 transactions for both corporate and private equity clients across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on media, technology, consumer, and industrials.
Mr. Eledjam’s notable financial due diligence assignments include: managing the capital opening of European Digital Group, backed by Montefiore and Latour Capital; supporting the acquisition of Leonine by Mediawan, followed by a refinancing of the wider group; and leading the disposal of Solvay’s polyamide division to BASF.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Eledjam spent 19 years with PwC’s Transaction Services practice in Paris, including six years as a Partner. Before that, he worked in KPMG’s Audit department for three years.
Mr. Eledjam earned a master’s degree in business from KEDGE Business School in France and an MBA from Wake Forest University in the U.S. A French national, Mr. Eledjam is fluent in French and English.
