Mr. Davidson's primary focus areas include: financial consolidation and management reporting, planning and budgeting, business intelligence and data warehousing, performance management, finance back office process and systems improvement, shared services, finance function strategy development and F&A outsourcing evaluation. He is also experienced in information technology (IT) strategy development and execution.
Mr. Davidson has advised both healthy and troubled companies across multiple industries, including food and consumer products, oil and gas, transportation and distribution, energy and manufacturing. He also brings interim management experience, having served as the Chief Information Officer for Interstate Bakeries Corporation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Davidson was a managing director with Parson Consulting, an international consulting firm focused on finance and accounting, where he had overall management responsibility for its Texas practice. Previously, he was a senior manager with the finance and performance management practice of Accenture.
Mr. Davidson earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in management information systems and supply chain management, from Texas A&M University.
