Mike Cremin

With more than 25 years of consulting experience, Mr. Cremin sits at the intersection of business and technology. His primary areas of concentration are growth and customer experience, loyalty, digital transformation, cloud, agile operating model development, enterprise architecture, spend optimization, process improvement, innovation and business enablement.
Mr. Cremin’s experience includes managing and performing multiple strategy engagements for a large, global travel and tourism organization focused on identifying ways to improve delivery of technology enabled capabilities across a multi-brand, multi-geographic footprint; development of a multi-year strategy for a global hospitality organization focused on defining the technology, talent and organizational changes needed to enable the future growth objectives of the company; a platform evaluation and operating model strategy for a global airline alliance; and a technology spend optimization evaluation for a large, global services organization, which resulted in identification of improvement opportunities totaling $125+ million.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Cremin spent 10 years with Accenture’s Technology Strategy practice, where he most recently served as Managing Director. He was responsible for origination and engagement delivery within the Strategy & Consulting practice, with a specific focus on technology enabled transformation. Previously, Mr. Cremin spent 14 years with PwC and two years with Deloitte.
Mr. Cremin earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame. He is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
