With nearly 20 years of experience, Mr. Timm's primary areas of concentration include transformational atmospheres requiring strategy development, reorganization, carve-outs, integration and performance improvement. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, especially in chemicals and oil, steelmaking, energy and utilities, construction and Pharma.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Timm spent 10 years with a listed, globally operating specialty chemicals company, where he most recently served as VP Marketing & R&D for an operational business. Additionally, he was responsible for the origination and review of M&A opportunities and successfully closed multiple deals, including a public take-over worth ~€2.5 billion, for which he also designed the PMI program. Before that, he served with Roland Berger in the chemicals and oil industry.

Mr. Timm earned an MBA (concentration in industrial management and marketing) from Mannheim University. A German national, he is fluent in German and English.
