Michael Spellacy

Mr. Spellacy has been recognized for a global perspective on the financial services industry, providing strategic insight into the evolution of market segments and growth opportunities, and the ability to catalyze, lead and drive technology-led transformation, business growth and innovation. His notable assignments include implementing complex global business agendas with bottom-line results, ranging from $1 billion in revenue to $2 billion in cost improvements.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Spellacy was CEO and Director of a NYSE publicly listed investment company, Atlas Crest Investment Corporation. He was also a Senior Managing Director at Accenture and Global Industry Leader of Accenture Capital Markets, responsible for the industry group’s overall vision and strategy, investment priorities and global ecosystem of partners, alliances and ventures. He led Accenture’s Asset Management, Wealth Management and Investment and Trading businesses.
Previously, Mr. Spellacy was a Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a leader in the world-renowned Asset Management and Alternative Investments practice. Before that, he was a Senior Executive, Management Committee Advisor at Bridgewater Associates, a widely recognized asset manager. In this role, he led Bridgewater’s $140 billion AuM Transformation program. He also led Client Service & Marketing, where he served as the key executive for the global investor base of sovereign wealth funds, asset owners, prospects and regulatory bodies.
Mr. Spellacy earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Hartford. He has been recognized as a member of the Global 100 Irish business leaders; published and spoken extensively on technology and financial markets; serves as Board Chair of Enfusion, Inc. (ENFN: NYSE), a leading software solution for investment management globally; and serves as a Board Member of Archer Aviation Inc. (ACHR: NYSE), an EV innovation company for urban air mobility.
