Michael Moser

With 47 years of experience, he brings expertise in credit administration, enterprise risk management, loan work-out and regulatory matters including compliance with regulatory enforcement actions.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Moser served as Chief Lending Officer and Chief Credit Officer for several community banks. He also managed the commercial lending department for a regional bank in Houston. Earlier in his career, Mr. Moser spent nine years with a major Texas bank holding company supervising all Houston area loan work-outs and foreclosed asset dispositions.
Mr. Moser was also directly involved in collection, bankruptcy and lender liability litigation. He aided two banks in complying with and ultimately being released from regulatory enforcement actions. He has helped to start a de novo bank and helped to build and sell two community banks.
Prior to entering the banking industry, he served for nine years as National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Houston.
Mr. Moser earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
