With a combination of operating and consulting expertise, Mr. Epstein works with executives of health payers and ancillary insurers to drive growth, reduce cost of care, decrease administrative costs, and achieve operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Epstein was a Founder and Managing Director of The Tay Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on driving membership growth, revenue expansion, profitability, and operational excellence for healthcare organizations.

Before The Tay Group, Mr. Epstein was a senior member of Deloitte’s Healthcare Strategy & Operations practice and Chief of Staff of the Specialty Products division at Wellpoint (now Elevance Health), where he was responsible for developing the business unit’s growth plan and operating model. He started his career in the consulting practices of KPMG and EY.

Mr. Epstein earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, San Diego and a master's degree in health administration from the University of Southern California.
