Megha Choudhary
Ms. Choudhary’s areas of expertise include identifying and assessing financial risk areas, quantifying items directly impacting transaction valuation (e.g., understanding normalized EBITDA, adequacy of working capital levels, debt items), and analyzing key performance indicators, purchase agreement reviews, and carve-out transaction implications.
With more than 13 years of experience, Ms. Choudhary is a seasoned transaction advisor and has led multiple projects for corporate and private equity clients across various industries, including manufacturing, industrial products, and business services. She has also led international and cross-border due diligence transactions for both private equity and strategic buyers.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Choudhary served in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Transactions group in New York. She also worked at EY India in Mumbai for two years, advising Indian and global private equity and strategic clients. Before that, Ms. Choudhary spent five years with EY’s Audit practice in both Mumbai and Kolkata.
Ms. Choudhary earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Shri Ram College of Commerce at Delhi University, India. She is a Chartered Accountant in India.
