Matt Archambault is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in Houston. He brings over nine years of transaction experience, primarily providing buy- and sell-side due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients. 

Mr. Archambault specializes in KPI analysis, assessment of financial risk areas, quantification of normalized EBITDA and net working capital levels impacting transaction valuation, carve-out transaction implications, purchase agreement review, projection models, and assessment of debt-like items.

Mr. Archambault has worked across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, retail, hospitality, emergency restoration services, technology, and professional services. His work has included multiple carve-out divestitures from a Fortune 500 company.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Archambault worked in the financial due diligence group within the KPMG Deal Advisory practice, spending time based out of both the Houston and Dallas offices.

Mr. Archambault earned a BBA and a master’s degree in accounting, both from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
