Mr. Keller specializes in accounting and financial analysis for buy-side, sell-side, and post-transaction matters for both private equity firms and strategic buyers. He has experience across multiple industries, including manufacturing and distribution, consumer products, and business services.

Mr. Keller focuses on determining acquisition targets’ quality of earnings and working capital requirements through analysis of financial statements and discussions with C-suite management, primarily to affect purchase price negotiations and support lending requirements. He also identifies key business drivers and trends to determine the sustainability of earnings and the growth potential of acquisition targets. Mr. Keller ensures that acquisition and financing agreements reflect the proper deal structure and coincide with financial due diligence findings. He evaluates both investor and management forecast models, performs synergy/cost-savings analyses, and completes carve-out/standalone assessments.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Keller served as a senior associate in the deal advisory group of KPMG, where he was primarily responsible for providing buy-side and sell-side services to a number of private equity and corporate clients. Prior to this, Mr. Keller was a senior associate within the Assurance practice at RSM. His experience at RSM included working with high-growth private and public clients, assessing key performance indicators, analyzing financial risk, evaluating internal controls for improvement, preparing financial statements, and providing audit services.

Mr. Keller earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and a master’s degree in accounting science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Illinois.
