Marwan Ramadan

With more than 14 years advising on buy- and sell-side transformational deals, Mr. Ramadan draws on his international experience to help clients navigate cross-border complexities and maximize deal value.
Mr. Ramadan led the $20 billion carve-out of the established medicine business for a global pharmaceutical client across the UAE, Saudi and Egypt, developing a value-creation plan and successfully negotiating complex transition service agreements. He steered the $13 billion carve-out of a multinational pharmaceutical company’s consumer health business, delivering pre- and post-deal operating models and enabling a seamless Day 1 transition.
Additionally, Mr. Ramadan led the $2.2 billion global integration of a medical device company across 100+ markets, delivering rebranding efforts, operational alignment and unlocking new growth opportunities.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ramadan spent nine years with PwC’s M&A practice in New York and Dubai, advising global corporate clients across pharmaceuticals, life sciences and financial services sectors. His work encompassed synergy assessments, operational due diligence, growth strategies, post-merger integrations and carve-outs.
Mr. Ramadan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the College of William and Mary. He is a CFA Level III candidate.
