Martine in 't Veld

Ms. in ‘t Veld focuses on transaction analytics to advise private equity clients and their portfolio companies on exit readiness, sell-side, buy-side, and KPI reporting projects. She has over 14 years of professional services experience in the US and Europe working for corporate and private equity clients. Throughout her career, she has applied a financial diligence mindset and data analysis techniques to assess data integrity, perform KPI diligence, and provide actionable investment and management insights to clients.
Ms. in ‘t Veld has performed transaction analytics work on hundreds of deals, ranging from $10 million to $15 billion. She specializes in complex buy- and sell-side transactions that involve working as part of integrated due diligence teams and in close collaboration with clients to understand and quantify value drivers, recognize potential risks, and identify value creation opportunities.
Ms. in ‘t Veld has worked on projects across various sectors, including software and technology, cybersecurity, business services, payment services, food manufacturing, veterinary practices, and fast casual restaurants, among others.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. in ‘t Veld spent eight years in the Transaction Analytics group of EY in New York, where she most notably served as Managing Director.
Ms. in ‘t Veld earned a bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s degree in investment analysis from Tilburg University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Dutch law from the University of Amsterdam and a master’s degree in finance and law from the Duisenberg School of Finance. Ms. in ‘t Veld is fluent in English, a native Dutch speaker, and advanced in German.
