Mark Graham is a Senior Director with the Alvarez & Marsal Financial Industry Advisory Services practice in New York and Philadelphia.

Mr. Graham brings over 30 years of experience in banking and wealth management, and has led teams serving multi-generational family wealth as well as teams focused on capturing and servicing first-generation wealth created by privately-held business owners. A particular focus has been on the development and execution of client strategies, including commercial banking and wealth management. His experience has included opening and building new teams and offices in targeted wealth geographies.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Graham led the national wealth management practice at Wilmington Trust and led the firm through its acquisition by M&T Bank and the subsequent integration of the wealth management businesses. That integration included a wide range of client profiles, staff expertise and geographic locations.

Previously, he built and led Wilmington Trust's expansion into the Philadelphia market utilizing commercial bank capabilities leveraged through the firm's fiduciary and wealth management reputation. He then led the expansion of that model to other Mid-Atlantic markets, including Delaware, New Jersey and Baltimore.

Mr. Graham's career began as a commercial banker focused on developing and growing client relationships.

Mr. Graham earned two bachelor’s degrees from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, in economics and history.
