Mr. Ferrey has been involved in many projects and operational due diligences for aerospace companies (e.g. Aerolia Stelia, Aernnova and Aries Alliance) as well as for consumer goods, manufacturing, and fashion companies. He is frequently engaged in cross-border engagements with Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, United States, and Russia.
Mr. Ferrey’s experience covers all elements of the industrial and distribution value chain (purchasing, supply-chain, manufacturing, distribution, and design office). He has both industry and consulting experience and throughout his career has developed deep insights into operational transformation and transactions.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ferrey delivered operational performance improvement projects with Capgemini Consulting in Paris for groups including Airbus, Alstom, EDF, Valeo, SNCF, LVMH, L’Oréal, and Pierre Fabre. He spent four years delivering numerous optimization projects for the Airbus Group. ForAirbus Helicopters, he created and managed the portfolio of inventories reduction project, covering subsidiaries, assembly lines, manufacturing units and relationship to suppliers.
Previously, Mr. Ferrey spent eight years at Safran Group (Airbus Safran launchers) leading industrialization projects for Aerospace sector clients such as Boeing, Pratt & Whitney and European Space Agency.
Mr. Ferrey earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) Paris, and a master’s in global supply chain management from Bordeaux-Kedge. A French national, Mr. Ferrey is fluent in French and English.
