Marc Bromstad

With more than 20 years of experience spanning Industry and Advisory roles, Mr. Bromstad focuses on helping clients realize tangible results and create value across the M&A lifecycle, closely aligning diligence, financial analysis, capital allocation, integration planning, and execution with corporate strategy. He led the finance function for a privately held beverage manufacturer; directed teams in strategic, M&A, and financial initiatives for U.S. banking clients at a Big Four Advisory firm; and spearheaded M&A efforts at a regional bank.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bromstad led strategic finance and financial planning efforts for a privately held beverage manufacturer, serving as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Previously, he served as a Director with KPMG’s Financial Services Strategy practice, where he led merger integration teams for U.S.-based banking clients. In addition to advising clients, Mr. Bromstad also led the M&A team for a U.S-based regional bank while it acquired multiple firms and divested one business.
Mr. Bromstad earned a BBA in management information systems and quantitative business analysis from Baylor University and an MBA (finance concentration) from Georgia State University.
