Ms. Coffey brings vast experience serving clients across multiple industries, including retail, life sciences, oil and gas and technology. She is an expert in business and operational license compliance, serving clients in both the M&A environment and recurring license renewals.  

Ms. Coffey leads teams across the U.S., including deploying talent from offshore teams around the globe. She works diligently with teams to transition all types of business and operational licenses, maintaining desired business activities throughout the process and managing complex licensing issues on a daily basis. 

With a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma, Ms. Coffey has implemented various process improvement initiatives on her engagements. On a past engagement, she led her team to the successful delivery of over 11,000 C-store licenses required to be transitioned resulting from a corporate acquisition in under 10 weeks.  

Additionally, Ms. Coffey has developed a broad-based skill set during her tenure in public accounting. Her prior experience includes federal compliance for partnerships, C-corporations and S-corporations, state and local corporate income tax compliance and sales and use tax compliance.  

Ms. Coffey earned a BBA in accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a CPA licensed in Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
