Malka Katzin
Malka brings deep expertise in AI transformation, enterprise knowledge, and change management. Her work centers on balancing technology, process, and culture to enable new ways of working at scale. She has been recognized for leading large-scale transformations, driving operational excellence, and fostering collaboration across global, complex organizations.
Before joining A&M, Malka spent more than 17 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she held senior leadership roles across digital workplace, knowledge technology, and product enablement. Most recently, she led firmwide initiatives focused on generative AI tools, digital collaboration, and knowledge products to transform consulting delivery. She was also a member of BCG’s technology investment committee.
Earlier in her career, Malka held roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Boston Scientific. She began her professional career as a strategy consultant at BCG, primarily serving healthcare clients. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
